Julia has played sports all her life and discovered her passion for healthcare through Physiotherapy, particularly in Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. She believes in an evidence-based approach for her patient’s treatment plans and finds that one of the most important aspects of her sessions is creating a safe and supportive environment. During her school years, Julia was actively involved at volunteering at various events, and in her community as a Medical First Responder. She now focuses her time towards ongoing education to help her move her patients closer towards their goals.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and jogging. Specifically, in the summer, she loves to garden and grow a variety of vegetables and flowers. She grew up at Victoria Beach and often will spend her weekends there either playing tennis or eating pizza buns at the bakery! She cherishes moments with her friends, painting, sewing and indulging in sweet treats until she has a stomach ache.
