Carmen’s interest in physiotherapy began when she went through ACL and meniscus rehab as a teenager. Though it felt like the end back then, she now aims to assist you in achieving your objectives with her extensive 14+ years of experience. Whether you aspire to return to competitive sports, enjoying your walks, or simply regain your normal routine, Carmen is dedicated to helping you.
Carmen has been involved with ultimate frisbee for 20 years and has competed in National and World tournaments throughout the US, Italy, and UK. She has developed a combination of in-clinic and on-field skill sets to help achieve long and short-term goals. These days, you will find her swinging her paddle at pickleball courts and alarming others when she dives for balls.
With her free time, Carmen is a major foodie. She likes to exercise her culinary skills at home and host dinner parties for her friends and family. She has even been on the Food Network competing in “Wall of Chefs”!
