You may be covered for Physiotherapy Services under an insurance plan. We offer direct billing to WCB, MPI, Blue Cross, and numerous private Group Insurance plans. Please ask our office staff for information on whether your insurance plan allows direct billing. Some plans do not allow direct billing by service providers; they require that you pay for your treatment and submit your receipts for reimbursement.
We do treat all work and motor vehicle related injuries and will bill directly to WCB or MPI for your sessions as long as you have an approved claim. Please bring your claim number, adjustor’s name and contact info to your first appointment so that the appropriate paperwork can be processed. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for the treatment charges.
Your initial physiotherapy assessment and treatment will be anywhere from 30 to 60+ minutes. The time you spend in the clinic will vary depending on your condition, stage of healing, and rehabilitation needs. If you have time constraints surrounding your appointment, please notify your therapist at the beginning of your session so we can plan your care accordingly.
Patients should bring a pair of shorts to change into for assessments/treatments for problems from the waist down. Also, please bring sport/exercise, work and casual footwear for your therapist to assess.
Female patients should bring a tank top to change into for assessments/treatments for problems from the waist up.
If needed, shorts and tank tops are available to change into for use during your appointment at both locations.
We are making every effort to provide a safe and therapeutic physiotherapy experience for our patients, while maintaining physical distancing as much as possible. Please note our current COVID-19 policies.
