Janine has been working as a physiotherapist for more than 15 years and considers Pan Am Clinic “home”. The focus of her clinical practice is postoperative and conservative management of the hip and lower extremity. Janine values collaborative care and works with surgeons, sports medicine and family physicians, coaches, and trainers to ensure goals are met. While working with elite athletes, recreational sport enthusiasts, gym rats, or those who come from an inactive background, Janine believes in promoting physical activity as a way to improve your overall health.
Janine has a passion for education and has pursued numerous continuing education courses. Janine recently completed her Master of Science at the University of Manitoba. Janine is also involved in the development and implementation of the physiotherapy mentorship and fellowship programs at Pan Am Rehabilitation Services. Janine has lectured on multiple topics at the annual Pan Am Rehabilitation Symposium as well as presented on postoperative rehabilitation of hip arthroscopy at the National Orthopedic Symposium and The Canadian Physiotherapy Association Congress.
